What is Fable Fish?
Fable Fish is wild Alaskan sockeye salmon jerky made with the skin on. It’s real food, from a real place—packed with protein, omega-3s, and flavor. No mystery meat, no junk. Just a salty-sweet bite of the wild.
Why is it called Fable Fish?

Where is your salmon from?
Every piece of our jerky comes from Bristol Bay, Alaska—the largest wild sockeye salmon run on Earth and one of the most sustainably managed fisheries in the world.
Why do you leave the skin on?
Because that’s where the nutrients live—marine collagen, omega-3s, and rich flavor. It also helps us use more of the fish, reducing waste and honoring the whole animal.
How much protein is in a bag?
Each 2 oz. bag delivers 31 grams of clean, complete protein—the equivalent of a full 6 oz. portion of wild-caught sockeye.
Is it shelf stable?
Yep. No refrigeration needed. Our jerky is ready to go whenever and wherever you are—trail, office, plane, gym, you name it.
Is it spicy?
Depends on the flavor:
– Sea Salt is clean and savory.
– Teriyaki brings a sweet, umami punch.
– Sweet Chili has a subtle kick, not a five-alarm fire.
