Refund policy

Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to love your jerky. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience a quality issue, please contact us at hooked@fablefish.co within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the product or issue a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. For subscription orders, cancellations or changes must be made before your next billing cycle.
