Good flavor

A little bit too salty and some of it too hard.

We were given a package as a gift and LOVED IT! So we purchased more and we still love it. We prefer the softer batches but understand this may vary from lot ot lot.

Seriously- this is hands down the answer for those of us who enjoy beef jerky but would rather eat fish.
