This is the flavor that started it all. Inspired by the way we grew up eating salmon—smoked over alderwood, lightly seasoned, and shared straight from the fillet. Just sea salt, pantry clean spices and Sockeye Salmon done right.

Wild-caught in Alaska, our salmon jerky is smoked low and slow with just a handful of real ingredients. It’s protein-packed, omega-3 rich, and dangerously snackable. Clean fuel never tasted this good.

Sort

We choose cuts others overlook—necks, tails, and collars—because respecting the fish means using more of it. These flavorful, nutrient-rich pieces are where our process begins.

Sliced salmon pieces in a purple basket, handled by gloved hands.step 2

Cure

Next we cut these bright ruby red pieces of sockeye into vertical strips, and cure them in a mix of clean spices for up to 70 hours.

Smoke

Marinated strips are hung on smoking racks and hot smoked to tender perfection.
