This stuff is fantastic. Some of the best tasting salmon jerky I’ve eaten, plus it’s a pretty clean ingredient set and it uses wild-caught, 100% American salmon, which is huge (both health-wise and sustainability-wise).
Conflict of interest statement: I actually just started a different seafood jerky company. I ordered this product hoping to hate it so I could write a bad review, but I couldn’t do that with a clean conscience. it’s delicious and i really think it’s a fantastic product. You should buy some!
Outstanding taste , interesting you can see the skin, if you look straight down the cut you can see the koho meat , I’ll be eating more soon
Really tasty fish! I didn't think I would like Teriyaki flavor or the skin left on the fish. I was so wrong. Love the Teriyaki and the skin didn't bother me one bit! Very pleasantly surprised. As someone who's only source of meat is wild salmon, I was so excited to try this!
